Connie Luba, age 50 of St. Paul died Monday morning April 18, 2016. She is the beloved mother of Amanda (James) Vibar, Jessica, Felicia; 9 grandchildren; daughter of Marian; sister of Wendy (Perry) Hansen, Sheri; niece, nephew; close friend Shoua (Jeremy) Harvey. Preceded in death by father Richard. Visitation 10-11 AM Friday with 11 AM Memorial Service at St. Mark Lutheran Church, W. 7th @ Goodhue. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
