Florence Lindgren

Florence Lindgren, Longtime West 7th St. Resident Entered into eternal life peacefully October 27, 2013. Preceded in death by husband Cliff; son David; daughter in law Linda (nee: Stemig) Survived by son Rick; granddaughters Tina (Brian), Mary (John) Carter, JoAnn; great grandson Ethan; daughter in law Janet. Florence owned the Sunset Inn and made the Best Burgers in the area. She loved selling penny candy to the neighborhood children & enjoyed watching them grow up into fine adults. Funeral service 11am FRIDAY at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home (640 W. 7th) with a visitation staring at 10am. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Join the family to celebrate Florence's life at DeGidios (425 W. 7th)at 1pm, "Bring your Cheers, not your tears" The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the loving staff at Gables of Boutwells Landing, Oak Park Heights.
