and worked for the Social Security Department before she married Alois Hennen on November 13, 1948. Gen was a member of
St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She sang in the choir and served in the Altar and Rosary Society.
Her passions were gardening, playing the piano, watching the birds from her kitchen window, and playing Scrabble. Survived by her daughters, Judy (Paul) and Claudia (Tad); grandchildren Kimberly, Andy & Madeline; step-daughter Dorraine (Dennis), their sons & families; grandson Mark (Betsy); many extended family and cat Liddy. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Al, and stepson Richard. Memorials preferred to Sharing and Caring Hands.
