Nancy Kumerow

Age 59 passed away peacefully on February 10, 2015. Born February 12, 1955 and preceded in death by parents, Marie and George Thell Jr.; and brother, William Thell. Survived by her loving husband Dan and children Marie, John, and Sara; and many other relatives and friends. Nancy was a lifelong resident of Saint Paul, a graduate of Derham Hall class of '73 and a graduate of Saint Catherine University. She was a strong woman, generous and kind to everyone she met. Nancy was known to many for her "gift of gab", her ability to strike up conversation with a perfect stranger and her ease of familiarity. She supported her children wholeheartedly in life and is still in their hearts. Wake will be Monday 5-8:30 pm at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 11 am at St. Stanislaus Church (398 Superior St) with a visitation 1 hour prior to mass. There will be a luncheon right after the mass at the church. Memorials to St. Stanislaus Church and Cretin-Derham Hall are preferred.
