Peggy Twilley was born July 9, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois to the union of Josephine and Perry Twilley, both preceded her in death. Peggy was the oldest of three, her sister Peaches Twilley and (Pamela Twilley who preceded her in death). Peggy attended Orr High School, she later moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Peggy was a loving and caring person to everyone she met. Peggy leaves to cherish her memories her son Jarius L. Twilley, Sammy E. Scurlock (son's father), her niece Michelle Zapoluch, her nephew Raymond Zapoluch and a host of family and friends who miss her very much.
