Preceded by father Arnold Louis Roth Jr. Survived by daughter Michelle (Jarod) Lowry; grandsons Tyler & Matthew; loving mother Lue; aunts; uncles; cousins and many special friends. Steve was a past Master of the Braden Lodge. A respected member of the Osmand Shrine Clowns and Friendly Valley . Memorial Service SAT 11:00 am at ST. LUKE LUTHERAN CHURCH 1807 Field Ave. in St. Paul . Visitation will be one hour prior to service at church.
