Preceded in death by her husband Elden E. Wilken; son Michael J. Wilken and son-in-law Gerald J. Hassenfratz. Survived by her sons, Donald (Kathy) Wilken and David (Yvonne) Wilken; daughter Dorothy Hassenfratz; daughter-in-law Donna Wilken; 7 grandchildren, Tara, Sarah, Joshua, Jenny, Michael, Anja and Natalie and 5 great-grandchildren. She graduated from Monroe High School in 1946. She worked at FOK, Pepsi, Brown & Bigelow and temp services. She belonged to Auxiliary #39 in North St. Paul and Lester Tjerlund Auxiliary #451. She belonged to St. Marks Catholic Church in St. Paul for over 65 years. She was a breast cancer survivor. Liked singing, coloring, playing cards and bingo. She loved smiling, enjoyed being around family, friends and people she just met. Thanks to her caregiver at United Hospital and Southview Acres – They were exceptional.
