Age 85 passed away on August 6, 2023. Anne was a lifelong resident of St. Paul and was dedicated to her family to the end. She was a practiced listener, had a great sense of humor and a positive attitude toward all life brings. She will be greatly missed by her entire family. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, George & Anna Meyer, brother George Meyer, and son Tom. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Philip; children Laurie, Lynn (Darcy) Ruff, Andy, and Mike (Gary); grandchildren Derek (Hannah) Ruff, Sydney Ruff, and Jessica Pulver; and cousins, niece and nephew.

Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 14th with visitation one hour prior at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1938 Stanford Ave., St. Paul. Memorials preferred to Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church or Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
