Audrey Weigel

Preceded in death by parents Ernest & Teresa. Survived by sister Betty (Jack) Schabert, nieces Patty, Cynthia (Joel); nephews Tom (Beth), Jim, Dan (Tracy); 2 great-nephews, 1 great-niece. Audrey graduated from Durham Hall High School and the University of Minnesota. Audrey taught in Ada, Minnesota and Idaho, before moving to Suriname, South America for fifteen years where she worked for Bumblebee Shrimp Exports. She also worked for Rayette Hair Products, where Cary Grant was on the board of directors. Audrey had the privilege of meeting him. Audrey will be remembered as an avid outdoorsperson who loved animals to pieces. Over the years she took in many animals and brought some back to the United States. She also enjoyed gardening, and travel. Audrey was fluent in seven languages. Visitation 12-1pm Friday (2/12) with Memorial Service 1 PM at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home, 640 W. 7th St. Private inurnment. Memorials preferred.
