Bruce V. Tunell

Bruce Vernie Tunell, 76, of Mendota Heights, MN, passed away peacefully on December 30^th, 2023, after a brief battle with brain cancer.  Preceded in death by his parents, Vernie Tunell and June Connelly.  Survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol, daughter Kasey, son Robert, sister Sharon (Rick) Hilsgen, nieces Kelly Hilsgen and Crystal Hilsgen, nephews Brian Hilsgen and Dan (Sally) Hilsgen, great nephew Zach Hilsgen, cousin Maureen (Ernie) Silvester, along with many more family, and friends – especially Humboldt class of ’65.  A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Concord Lanes in South St Paul from 1-5pm.  Donations to Mayo Clinic in Bruce’s honor, in lieu of flowers, are preferred.
