Carole Lillian Schmidt

Carole L. (nee Hendrickson) Schmidt passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025.

Carole retired from University of St. Thomas Dining Services after 30-plus years of service.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years George.

She is survived by children Wendy, Sue Bonniwell, Patty (Tom) Leier, Rick (Jamie), Tom, Mike(Ann), Karen (Marv Stoltz), Mary (Wayne) Moe, and Steve (Chanda); 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and brother Ray Hendrickson.

There will be a memorial service at Church of St. Stanislaus (398 W Superior St, St. Paul, MN 55102) on July 11, 2025 at 11AM with a visitation 1 hour prior.
