Evelyn K. Vannett

Evelyn K Vannett (Krych) passed away peacefully on June 15, 2025. She was born in Little Falls, MN, to Stanley and Mary Krych (Pulak) on October 30, 1931. She was the sister to three younger brothers.

Evelyn moved to Saint Paul in the 1950s and worked for Fire and Marine insurance company until she met her husband Marvin Vannett and raised her two children. Evelyn enjoyed country music, Polka dancing, Minnesota Twins baseball and the casino. She was Blake Shelton's #1 fan. 

Evelyn is survived by daughter Robin Kreitz (Chuck), grandchildren, Eva and Adam, and brother Ronnie.

She is preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Marvin Vannett; son Kenny Vannett, brothers Don (Madge) Krych, and Keith (Mary) Krych.

A special Thank you to Windy Acres in Forest Lake, MN, for the care provided in her last few months, and for the new friendships she made there. 

Evelyn will be greatly missed by her family and those who knew her. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
