Genevieve Rossini

Genevieve C. Rossini died peacefully on May 3, 2014. She was born to David & Mary Ann Hebert in Unity Wisconsin on January 19, 1922. After she graduated from Colby High School in 1940 Genevieve attended St. Joseph's School of Nursing in St. Paul. While attending nursing school she met Samuel Rossini and they were married June 30, 1945. They were blessed with 5 sons David, Robert, Lawrence, Wally, Michael and 1 daughter Mary. Genevieve is preceded in death by husband Sam, & 5 brothers. Survived by loving children David (Kathy), Robert (Linda), Lawrence (Mary Jo), Wally (Cheri) , Michael (Melissa), Mary (Tom) Severson; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sisters Elizabeth Wagner & Esther Nouse; many other relatives and friends . Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Friday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (515 Albert St.S @ Randolph) with a visitation 5-8 Thursday at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home (640 W. 7th St.) and one hour prior to mass at church. A special thanks to Dr. James Adams, nurse Debbie, Health East Hospice staff especially Kathy N. & Maureen, all the Iris Park Commons staff, and all the Cooke House staff at Episcopal Home. Interment Oakland Cemetery.
