John Jacob Daubney, "Jake", went with the Lord on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 5:24 pm.
Jake was with his devoted brother James and is also survived by his brother Thomas and his sisters Sara and Mary. He was preceded in death by his sister Ann and his father Jack and his mother Millie. He attended Linwood elementary school and Highland Park High School in St. Paul, where he graduated with honors. He also graduated from the University of Minnesota and worked for many years in his father's office. He loved music and served as the DJ for hundreds of weddings and anniversaries and celebrations. He always entered the room with a smile and a joke. He was a handyman and loved making things. He was a proliferate reader and always had a book and a newspaper. He was also devoted to taking care of the yard, especially at the cabin. He will be missed by his family and neighbors, and he will be remembered forever.
Lord please take care of your fallen son. Amen.
