Los Gatos, CA
; John R. Whelan, Richard (Sharon) Whelan, and step-daughter, Marlene Friedrich. Grandchildren: Brian, David, Thomas, Jennifer, Daniel and Shannon Whelan and Jim and
Jeff Conrad
; ten great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. Also survived by long time companion, Mary Ann Ales and her caring family.
