Judy Helsper

Judith M. Helsper passed peacefully after a long illness.

Judy grew up on the lower levee and  retired from State of MN Dept of Revenue.

Beloved wife of John R. “Doc”; loving mother of Michelle (Don) Welch II, Tony (Mary), Laura (Chris Averill) Poquette, Terri (Tom) Martineau, Jim (Melodie); grandchildren Zachary (Meg) Poquette, Donald III, Kyle & Hunter Welch; great-grandchildren Kennedy & Bjorn; sister of Michael (Lorene) Voto, Jerry (Joey) Voto, Kathy (Earl) Guerin; sister-in-law of Sharon & Germaine Voto, Gary Lesch; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Preceded in death by parents Len & Ceil Voto; granddaughter Dominique Poquette, great-grandson Atticus Poquette; daughter-in-law Molly; brothers Len & Bob Voto, sister MaryAnn Lesch. Many thanks to Avalon Hospice.
