McGinn Kathy A. 63 of St. Paul Died peacefully Nov. 13, 2013 surrounded by loving family. Preceded in death by parents Floyd & Ruth. Survived by brother Mike(Judy); nieces Kristen, Jessica, Laura (Craig) Bymark; great nieces Cecilia & Zoe. Kathy was a 911 operator for the city of Minneapolis for 19 years. Funeral service noon Saturday at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home (640 W. 7th St.) with a visitation starting at 10am. A Special Thank you to the caring staff on 2 North at the Golden Living Center, St. Louis Park.
