Lucille Marie McGee

Lucille Marie McGee (Née Kimmel) of Saint Paul, MN. Born April 8th, 1924, and passed on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the age of 102. "Lu" attended St. Francis De La Salle grade school and St Joseph's Academy High School. She married Michael McGee on May 3rd, 1947. Lu and Mike had five children: Kathie (Geoff-deceased), Dave (Marsha), Jim (Christine), Mary (Tom), and Paul (deceased) and 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

While raising her family, Lu worked at the Department of Revenue. We remember Lu's beautiful singing voice and that she loved to harmonize. We remember Lu as a sweet and kind person--except when she was bowling. Lu is now singing alto and is harmonizing with the angels. Lu's life will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 14th, at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home (740 W. 7th Street in St Paul) with a public visitation from 10 until 11 AM, followed immediately by a short service. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

The McGee family would like to thank the caregiver staff at Southview Senior Living (where she resided the last 18 years of her life) and all the Hospice angels at Ecumen Hospice.
