Mary Ann Heroff

Mary Ann passed away peacefully at home May 11, 2024. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. 

Preceded in death by husband Ernie and daughter Susan, parents Frank and Eugenia Thill, sisters Bernie, Therese (Kit) and brother Jerry.

She leaves behind daughters; Patty Heroff (Wayne Splittstoesser), Peggy (Paul) Polta, Grandchildren; Andrea (Andy) Maranda, Luke and Erica Polta, Great Grandson Ben Maranda. 

She was lovingly known as “Tillie” to her many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mom liked spending time at the lake with family. She was a great cook, no one was ever late for her Sunday dinners. She loved the holidays and made them special for all of us. 

We would like to thank all the people who touched her life, and are grateful for all the love you showed her. We would like to thank Dr. Sharma for all his care and kindness towards her. Mom will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.

We know she’s in dad’s arms now dancing to the Blue Skirt Waltz. 

 The family will have a private service and burial.
