Pamela "Pammy" Chlebeck, age 64 of Maplewood, passed away Saturday afternoon January 23, 2021.
Pam is survived by her husband Richard; she is the beloved mother of Elizabeth, Sarah, Laura, Christine, and Jennifer; grandmother of Hannah, Dylan, Michaelene, Delilah, Millie, Abigail, Alexis, Gabriel, Grace, Leah, and Paige; great-grandma of Zoey & Thomas; sister of Teresa, Michael, Timothy; many nieces, nephews, Cousins & friends. Gathering 10-11 AM with 11 AM Funeral Service Thursday (1/28) at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 398 W. Superior St.
