Patricia Louise O'Rourke Billstrom Banks Patricia was born to William and Louise (Peterson)O'Rourke May 9th, 1934 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Pat was a true community activist and a voice for others that had none. Pat's list of helping others had no limits; she was the Program Coordinator at Women's Advocates a shelter for battered women, The Director of Programs for Ramsey Action Programs (RAP)a designed anti-poverty agency, she was on the Board of Directors Volunteer Activities at Helping Hands Health Center, involved in the PTA, Cub Scouts, East Area Community Council, Organization for a better St. Paul, H.H.H.C, Area Coalition for the homeless, St. Paul Shelter Board, and her biggest achievement was raising 4 rowdy, rambunctious, trouble making boys all on her own (not to mention half the neighborhood kids) She will be missed but remember by many including her sons; Micheal Billstrom, Dennis and his wife Kathy Billstrom, Timothy and his wife Jodie Billstrom, Brian Billstrom; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Pat was a devoted Minnesota Twins fan, had a love for travel, and enjoyed playing cards. Memorial Service 7pm, Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home with a memorial gathering staring at 5pm.
