Patricia Holmberg

Patricia (Pat) Louise Holmberg of No. St. Paul, passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Good Samaritan Society in Maplewood, MN. Pat was born June 22, 1930, in St. Paul, MN, to Harvey and Marion Haas.

Pat grew up on the west end of St. Paul and attended St. Francis elementary school and Monroe High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Tom Poucher, on September 3, 1949, and were blessed with three children, Tim, Nan and Tom. Sadly, Pat & Tom's time together was cut short as Tom passed in 1962. Pat found love again and married Leo Vogelgesang on October 18, 1974 (passed 1986) and married Rudy Holmberg on March 3, 1999 (passed 2008).

She loved family gatherings and never passed up hosting large holiday meals. She also enjoyed traveling, fishing, watching sports, reading or going to a good garage sale. She always made sure she left the house in style, no outfit was complete without matching earrings and necklace. She was a strong woman with a kind heart and a warm smile.

Pat was proceeded in death by:

Parents: Harvey and Marion Haas.

Husbands: Tom Poucher, Leo Vogelgesang, Rudy Holmberg.

Sisters: Virginia Saari, Kathleen Schlicht.

Daughter: Nan Smith.

Stepson: Bill Holmberg.

Pat is survived by:

Children: Tim (Sharon) Poucher, Tom (Julie) Poucher.

Grandchildren: Jessie (Veronica) Poucher, Jackie (Ian) Skule, Jocelyn (Jay) Steere, Justin (Angie) Bergerson, Jodanna Bergerson, Michael Carlson.

Nieces and Nephew: Brigita (Russ) Brown, Paul Schlicht, Virginia (Ib) Jenson, Heidi Leeson.

Stepchildren: Cindy (Kevin) Meyer, Andy (Diane) Vogelgesang, Jim (Sue) Vogelgesang, Tom Vogelgesang, Heidi (Dennis) Palmer, John Vogelgesang, David (Kelly)Vogelgesang. Brad (Nancy) Holmberg.

Plus, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at St Anne Chapel, Somerset, WI on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 11:00AM. Pat will be laid to rest with Tom Poucher at St Anne Cemetery following the funeral service.
