Robert was born on October 12, 1931 to Maurice and Alice (Wendt) Madigan in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He was in the Coast Guard during the Koren War, and worked for the United States Post Office. He married Elizabeth Thomas June 9th, 1956. He will be missed by his daughter Cheryl and grandson Kit Ruiz. Robert is preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth of 56 years.
