Rosemary passed away peacefully on June 12, 2012 at the Cerenity Care Center at the age of 86. She was born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin August 26, 1925. Rosemary was a longtime resident of St. Paul, she is preceded in death by husband Stanley R., survived by cousins Father Leonard Fraher, and Sister Elaine Fraher; many nephews and their families.
