Preceded in death by his loving wife Ruth and brothers, Tom & Dave. Survived by children: Don Strafelda, Diane (Ron) Kretsch, Lori Strafelda (Steve), Therese (Brad) Gunderson, Joel (Sarah) Strafelda, Debra (David) Kuehl; grandchildren: Brandon, Mike, Bill, Katie, Joshua, Hannah, Leah, Ben, Jay & Brieanna; great grandchildren: Allison, Jack & Taylor; sister Elaine & many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. Dad served in the South Pacific 1944-1946 WWII Navy; Retiree of Whirlpool Corp; loved family & time spent at the lake. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 11 am at ST. STANISLAUS CATHOLIC CHURCH 398 Superior St. Visitation Sunday 2-6 pm At KESSLER & MAGUIRE 640 W. 7th St. 651-224-2341. Visitation also 1 hr prior to Mass at church. Int. Ft. Snelling Cemetery.
