Thomas R McClusky

Thomas Roy McClusky passed away on June 24, 2026.

Thomas was a very kind, sweet and caring man. He loved his family and friends and was also someone you could rely on.

At a very young age Tom found an exciting and adventurous hobby called scuba diving. Tom met his best friend, Jerry Lang, that way and they were inseparable.

After High School Tom was drafted and served in the Navy on a carrier called the USS Oriskany. When he returned home safely from the Navy he went on a blind date and met Diane and they married and raised one child - Bryan.

Tom taught his son, Bryan, to be a hard worker no matter what he did and to be honest and kind to all.

Tom was a Ramsey County policy officer and retired from being a Probation and Patrol officer.

After Tom’s retirement he spent his remaining years with Becky Nelson, a incredible and caring woman where they traveled and enjoyed the same hobby’s together. Becky loved and cared for Tom and he was so happy and thankful.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Kessler and Maguire Funeral Home (640 W 7th St, St Paul). Visitation will start at 10:00 with the service to begin at 11:00.
