Billie died on December 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband Julian; son Julian "Charlie" and sister Mary Jo Newcomb. She is survived by her children, Mark (Janet), Mary (Warren) Anderson, Mike (Lori), Sally (Dave) Hempel & John (Sara); grandchildren, Hannah Rose, John David, Natalie, Grant, Bryce, Ally & Audrey. Memorial Mass Of Christian Burial Tuesday, December 29th 10:30am at ST. PASCAL BAYLON CATHOLIC CHURCH (White Bear Ave at 3rd St). Visitation starting at 9:30. Inurnment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Pascal School. Billie was proud of her work as an RN and teachers aid. 651-224-2341.
