William (Wil) Genovese

Was taken form us too soon 12/5/2020; after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Preceded in death by his father Bill “Geno”.

Survived by his fiancé Gloria, mother Linnea; siblings Bart, Erika, Ryan, Kaylee; nephews Jack & Luke.

Wil was a brilliant force of nature. His devilish smile belayed his sharp wit and charm. Boastful and boisterous, yet also kind and sensitive; he left his mark upon us all. He loved the company of others, yet also enjoyed the peace and solitude of working from home, long before it was common. A fiercely independent soul, he forged his own path in this world. As a Chief Systems Architect; Wil fixed, maintained, or created the code that keeps servers up and running for companies across the web & e-commerce sphere. A Self-educated man who through voracious reading, sheer determination, and long hours; became highly respected in his field. We all felt a great disturbance in the force this past Saturday; you are missed!
